Cricket Australia could potentially face losses of up to $50 million. And the ICC can fine India $2 million for refusing to continue the tour.
Under ICC rules, member countries are obliged to fulfill their tour contracts except when the security of the players is at risk, or the touring team's government orders the tour to not proceed.
