New Zealand scores 238 in final ODI
Mathew Sinclair and Scott Styris scored half centuries Sunday to steer New Zealand to 238 for eight wickets in the deciding ODI against South Africa.

Sinclair was run out in the final over for 73 and hit six fours in 78 balls, while Styris hit six fours for 60 from 90 balls before he was out to a diving catch at midwicket after Andre Nel had run 30 meters.
Sinclair put on 56 off 66 balls for the sixth wicket with Jacob Oram (34) and 43 off 26 balls for the seventh wicket with Kyle Mills (11) at Newlands.
With the series tied at 1-1, South Africa included fast bowler Dale Steyn, and he dismissed openers Brendon McCullum (0) and Lou Vincent (18) to leave New Zealand on 27-2. Steyn finished with 2-50.
Charl Langeveldt had the best figures of 2-46. He trapped Jamie How (15) lbw and then had Oram caught by captain Graeme Smith in the 45th over to stem New Zealand's fight back.
Shaun Pollock went wicketless but wicketkeeper Mark Boucher dropped a chance when Sinclair was on 26. Pollock conceded just 76 runs from 29 overs in the series.
