Bangalore : India 'A' left for Zimbabwe where the side will play three 4-day games before proceeding to Kenya for a tri-series, also featuring Pakistan 'A'. The Sairaj Bahutule led team took the flight to Mumbai from where they are going to Zimbabwe via Johannesberg. The first game against Zimbabwe is slated to commence later this week. Coach Sandeep Patil and Bahutule said that the twin tour is a good opportunity for the players to prove their mettle and skills. India 'A' players took part in a week-long preparatory camp which was cut short due to rain, and most of the training was done indoors. Former England opener Geoffrey Boycott had also interacted with the players and passed a few tips to them. (PTI)
