New Delhi:
India has been without a coach since the world cup. Ravi Shastri filled in as a Manager during the tour of Bangladesh while Graham Ford left the board high and dry after refusing to take the job at the last minute.
There are no clear frontrunners for the job right now though everybody ranging from Kepler Wessels, Martin Crowe, Chandrakant Pandit and John Dyson have been linked to the job.
The BCCI on Wednesday went against the Indian Cricket League and the Chairman of its Executive Committee Kapil Dev.
It said that the former India captain was free to do as he pleased and that the BCCI wasn't opposed to anybody or any organisation but anybody who associated with another organization should not expect any benefits from the BCCI.
