Bangalore:Rahul Dravid celebrated his return to the Indian one-day squad after nearly two years with a well-made 63 for India Cements in a Group "D" match agaist BSNL in the Sahara BCCI Corporate Trophy at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Wednesday.
Dravid, leading India Cements, hit four boundaries and a six in his 77-ball knock as his side posted 253 for five in 47 overs against BSNL after a delayed start to the fixture following rains.
But the former Team India captain's effort was overshadowed by S Badrinath, who hit 90 off 108 balls with six fours.
The two put on 127 for the third wicket. Earlier, Joginder Singh-led BSNL, who got two points in their match against Air India Red yesterday after the encounter was called off due to rains, won the toss and sent India Cements into bat.
Niranjan Behera was pick of the BSNL bowlers taking two wickets, while Joginder and Sunil Dholpure scalped one each. Brief scores: India Cements 253 for 5 in 47 overs.
