Washington:Former celebrities participated in the first ever celebrity boxing match, which was aired on prime time television in the United States on Wednesday. Raining blows on each other were Brady Bunch star Barry Williams and The Partridge Family's Danny Bonaduce in the first match-up of the evening. Barry Williams was no match for Bonaduce as he had to throw in his towel in the second round after getting knocked down repeatedly by Bonaduce. The second bout of the evening had rapper Vanilla Ice or Rob Van Winkle competing against Different Strokes actor Todd Bridges, who played Willis in the 1980's television comedy. Bridges unleashed a flurry of punches and won the match in a decision. But the match which everyone had waited to see was the one between Paula Jones, who became famous for her allegations of sexual harassment by Bill Clinton before he was president, and Tonya Harding, who was banned from ice-skating for a plot to injure her opponent Nancy Kerrigan. Harding seemed belligerent this time as well as she knocked out a retreating Jones and emerged the winner.
